Download the Sequence Manipulation Suite 2 (sms2.zip or sms2.tar)

To mirror The Sequence Manipulation Suite 2: Extract sms2.zip or sms2.tar and place the resulting sms2 directory into a directory from which your server will serve .html files.

To run The Sequence Manipulation Suite 2 locally: Extract sms2.zip or sms2.tar and load index.html from the resulting sms2 directory into your web browser.
